Pastor Beth
Salford is a congregation with many leaders – both formal and informal. Each person has a role in the community, and is important no matter how big or small.
Just like many other churches, Salford has a pastoral team made up of several people.
Beth is one of those pastors. Her favorite food is hot fudge pudding cake with peppermint stick ice cream – oh my!
In her spare time Beth enjoys playing Scrabble and Sudoku on-line, playing UpWords in person, and re-learning to crochet.
When asked to share something you may not know about her, she mentions that she used to teach line dancing!
Thanks for sharing with us, Beth!

Dinner in Goshen
This evening I (Ben) was able to take eight Goshen students out to dinner, and deliver some church care packages as part of a journey to connect with some of Salford’s college students.
Each of these students are really great people, and it was a pleasure to spend time with them. They all mentioned how mild the winter had been, and all are looking forward to the next time they will be back in PA.
It is incredible to see how far this Salford community extends into the world.

Pastor Ben
Salford is a congregation with many leaders – both formal and informal. Each person has a role in the community, and is important no matter how big or small.
Just like many other churches, Salford has a pastoral team made up of several people.
Ben is our pastor for youth and young adults. His favorite foods include cheeseburgers, tacos, and pad thai, but there isn’t much that he won’t eat!
In his spare time Ben enjoys riding his bicycle, spending time with his family, and traveling to new parts of the world.
When asked to share something you may not know about him, he mentions his goal of seeing a baseball game at every major league park – he’s seen a game at 21 current and 5 parks that have been closed.
Thanks for sharing with us, Ben!
Updates from Steve and Betsy Dintaman
One of the ways Salford seeks to be connected to the global context is by supporting people like Steve and Betsy Dintaman. They serve in Lithuania in a variety of ways.
You can follow their journey on their new blog entitled, The Next Chapter.
Another Community Meal
Brad
Salford is a congregation with many leaders – both formal and informal. Each person has a role in the community, and is important no matter how big or small.
Just like many other churches, Salford has a pastoral team made up of several people.
Brad is our Church Administrator – a job that includes everything from answering phones to greeting people who arrive at the church building throughout the week, to creating the weekly church bulletin. His favorite foods include spaghetti, sushi, and scrapple, but not necessarily together!
In his spare time Brad enjoys flyfishing, visiting national parks (17 of 58 so far), and reading books on obscure natural history topics like tuna, chesnut trees, sand, waves, gold, etc.
When asked to share something you may not know about him, he admits that he doesn’t like coffee (surprising for a church employee!!), he loves candy, and loves cats.
Thanks for sharing with us, Brad!
Joyce
Salford is a congregation with many leaders – both formal and informal. Each person has a role in the community, and is important no matter how big or small.
Just like many other churches, Salford has a pastoral team made up of several people.
Joyce is our Director of Children’s Ministries – a job that includes loads of interaction with the youngest generations at Salford, and requires plenty of energy! Her favorite foods are as diverse as her position at Salford: Maine lobster, cashews, and coffee ice cream. Her favorite activity is RPM at the YMCA.
When asked to share something you may not know about her she admits to the surprising revelation that she has broken her leg on three separate occasions!
Thanks for sharing with us, Joyce!
